Eligibility

The Addison Village Club is for use by all eligible Addison Village residents and approved license holders. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact [email protected]. Please note your home must be closed in order to obtain membership. Viera homeowners in Strom Park and outside the immediate area of Addison Village have the option to become a member by way of a temporary use agreement which is available below. 

Membership fees are due on January 1st, annually. If for any reason you are unable to come in person to register, you can mail your form along with a payment authorization form to the Addison Village Club at 8150 Stadium Parkway, Viera, FL 32940. We recommend contacting the club if you plan to register via mail.

New Homeowners

Addison Village homes closing in 2021 will pay membership dues at closing. Once closed, bring your closing documents (ALTA or HUD-1 statement) along with the registration form and driver’s license to the Club to get your access cards.

Required Forms

To register, review the below welcome packet which includes facility policies and procedures. Bring the appropriate registration form, completed front and back, into the Club, including all necessary signatures for each member of the household. For residents outside of Addison Village, please bring the completed License Agreement in addition. For residents of Strom Park, please bring the Strom Park License Agreement.

Access Cards

You are required to come in to register in order to receive your access cards to get into the Club. 

Payment Options

To pay your annual membership dues, which is mandatory for eligible Addison Village residents, you can pay by ACH bank draft, check or any major credit card. Please bring the Payment Authorization form with you to register.

• Estoppel Fee Due:
  • $250.00 for consumer homeowner resales
  • $100.00 additional fee for a 3-day rush. (Estoppel requests can take up to 10 days to complete.)
