BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA FLORIDA – Leaders from the Viera Company gathered at the new Addison Village Club in Viera, located at 8150 Stadium Parkway, to cut the ribbon and officially open the exceptional amenities center, created to provide social and recreational activities for the member residents of Addison Village.
“This is an exciting day in Viera and we wish to thank and recognize all of the people that have made this possible,” said Todd Pokrywa, President of The Viera Company.
The expansive Addison Village Club facility will support nearly 3,000 new homes planned to be built in the community, which is located just south of Wickham Road in Viera.
The Addison Village Club will open on January 2 and is for the use of the eligible Addison Village residents and approved license holders.
Addison Village Club is set to open January 2, 2020, and will serve residents from nearly 3000 new homes that are planned to be built in the new Addison Village community.
Addison Village Club facility features:
• 10.45 acre site
• 11,768 square foot clubhouse
• Tennis Pavilion with 6 tennis courts including stadium
• 7,700 square foot family pool
• 3,000 square foot leisure pool
• Gymnasium for basketball, volleyball, badminton and pickleball
• Meeting rooms and club room
• 2 pickleball courts with shaded benches
• 2 bocce ball courts with shaded benches
• Croquet lawn
